Business Challenge
  • The client wanted to design a web portal for an intelligent automotive wheel management system to access the real-time data of vehicle and driver. There are sensors mounted on the vehicle which collect the data like tire pressure, TPMS, GPS, etc.
  • Improved operational efficiency and replicate it using for their end customers as well
  • An intuitive user interface which can enable all the configuration of mounted sensors in order to receive real-time alerts/ emergency notifications over wireless connectivity

    • An embedded hardware user interface to configure the mounted sensors over wireless connectivity
    • Central monitoring user interface for live data tracking and monitoring
    • A local user interface to perform the firmware upgrade on  embedded systems using the wireless interface for devices mounted on each vehicle

    • Simple UI to manage configurations of various mounted sensors on the trailer/truck
    • Configurations to generate the notification of alerts (applicable on some conditions)
    • Intuitive Dashboard to display the overall health of the device including the data of the sensors
    • Alerts management to the driver and logistic center
    • Management of Admin interface to manage and/or configure the Vehicle information, Driver information, WiFi Router, and System Administration activities such as reboot the device, Factory reset, etc.
    • Interface to export device configuration
    • Download the configuration (sensor/alert) database to the personal computer
    • Minimal click solution to factory reset and system reboot
    • Upgrade and downgrade the firmware version over the air (OTA)
  • Cloud IoT Platform:
    • Collect and send live and recorded data to manufacturers and logistics data center via Wifi / 4G LTE
    • Real-time Emergency notification management in case of extreme temperature, overloaded, the rapid loss of PSI, system leak, sudden tire deflation
